Role description

What roles are we each responsible for?

I (Nathan West) will be in charge of taking the pictures. Todd Cooper will be in charge of the movement within the ident.

Roles to choose from:

Director – Todd

Camera – Nathan

Sound – Both

Lighting – Both

Editing – Both

Explain why each person is good for that role?

I feel that Todd will be a good director as he is more creative then myself therefore he will be able to make the ident more appealing.

I will be in charge of the camera as I feel I can make the shot look effective by the angle I will be taking them at.

I think by both of us being in charge of the lighting, sound and editing we will be able to balance out the work load so we have an equal amount to do. By working together we will also be able to have and equal say in how the ident will be.

Where will our stop motion be filmed? 

Our stop motion will be filmed in JO3

Describe what the location looks like – what is the lighting like? Are there many power sources?

The location is a classroom; there are many power sources as the room is filled with lots of apple macs. The lighting is good as there is both natural light and artificial light.

What do you need to set up at the location?

We must ensure that we have a box or a number of boxes in which our ident will be filmed in.

Are there any health and safety issue? What are they? How will you address them? The health and Safety issues for this location is making sure that all bags and coats are in a safe place(e.g. under tables.), and we will address these by putting all of our belonging under the tables.

 The genre of music that 'mixx' would play are going to be R&B, hip hop garage and house party remixes. The target audience for this station will be 18-30 year olds as they may go clubbing and to lots of parties as this type of music will be a music that you can dance to in clubs. Advertisements on my
